The lovely layout below is right up my alley. The colors are my favorites and I can think of so many ways to change it up just a little to create many different themes.

What to do with Large Print Paper

Have you ever had beautiful paper like this set from Fancy Pants? It's the kind of paper that you usually get two identical pieces of paper and each one has a matching large design on it, such as the children on the sled.  To use both pieces of paper on each side, flip one of the pages over, so that one of the large designs is upside down on the top. You will then create a large Kiwi border, Fun Border, and maybe an accessory to cover the large design. Remember, you can always make the border pieces larger as needed!
